Green Computing Research Project is a proposal of the We Are Big, Inc. We are Big, Inc. is a renowned international enterprise with branches all over the world. Green computing involves the efficient use of computing resources (Schwalbe, 2010). The objectives include reducing the use of harmful materials, maximizing the energy effectiveness during the product's lifespan, as well as promoting biodegradability of non-operational products and industrial waste. In accordance with the standard use of information technology realm, it leads an upheaval of varieties by turning green.
The development of the green computing technology should, therefore, include new types of electronic products and services of relatively optimal efficiency as well as oriented towards effective saving of energy. In addition, the electronics and electronic devices should be made of components that cause little harm to the environment as well as possessing the ability to be recycled.
