Organization cultures are characterized as values and behaviors that devote to the different domestic and subjective status of the organization. The organizations cultures status includes outlooks, participation, ideas and values so the company may join together. This organizational culture is placed by mutual beliefs, and life styles which are rules that have been cultivated over a period of time.
This organizational culture is shown overtime by conducting business, the
way the organization treats its employees and customers. The period in which freedom is allowed in decision making, developing new ideas and how the power and information flows, how committed employees are towards mutual purpose.
Organizational cultures within the company can change the productivity and performance, which provides guidelines on the customer care services. Organizational culture is uncommon for every organization; it is one of the hardest things to innovate. (Business Dictionary)
What components of the organizational culture should change?
This organizational culture should change be changed by the CEO of the organization, therefore the old ways may not be working so the vision of the organization may need to be altered. These conducts should be viewed and shared, and when they are thought through and agreed upon, and then the values will extend and the old values will dissipate.
Culture changes won’t work if a group decides what the new culture should be. When a list is turned over to the communications or HR department the order tells people what the new culture is. This message is then poured down to the position where nothing gets modified.
When problems occur change needs to be carried out. Externally and internally forces can lead to change, leaders need to decide whether the change is of value or if change is not good.
