Explain how the person-centred approach relates to you and your use of counselling skills? (200 words) The person-centred approach perfectly fits my individual beliefs of helping people to help themselves. Within my previous career I have always found helping staff to solve the problems themselves or as a team rather than telling or instructing them has always delivered sustainable results and a happy empowered team who can solve future problems themselves. When I set up my practice I will be fully focused to help my clients look within themselves to find out the root causes of their individual problems and support them to find the right solutions that works for them within their own life’s. It is my hope that through the learnt therapies I will be able to provide my clients with a greater understanding of their feelings and behavior and the help I can give them will hopefully lead to the client living a more fulfilled and meaningful life without the need for constant support.
Taking control of my choices and not being a victim of the change life is going to throw at me is another role that is important on my way to success. If l let life get me off course I am going to have a hard time getting focused and getting back on track so it is best for me and others to avoid it before it happens. Also having a good self-image will help me understand my self even more. If I know what is going on inside the world and out, it will help me to stay on course and on a good road to success. Another thing would be to know how to understand my tolerance for risk and how to push past barriers and other obstacles that will be in my path to success.

Think about it, if you work to get the feel of being accomplished, then how hard do you think you would work to get things done? I work hard with a steady pace because I know when I am finished, I can relax and feel happy about what I have done. You have to be wise with your decision making when it comes to companies and what kind of product you produce and sell. Frazier does an excellent job of this and never gets greedy with it. If you do it the right way, the right things will come your way.
Claudia Sanchez How to Be a Successful in the EAP Program at S.S.C “Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life, as by the obstacles one has overcome trying to succeed.” Booker T. Washington. To be successful in life we can begin to be successful in our studies. For this we need preparation, persistence, and hard work. If we put these three points in practice help us to achieve our goals. Be prepared means go ahead of things, ready to take actions, and not assume a passive position.

I understand the value of body language and behaviour. It’s important to do as I do and not as I say. I’m open to ideas and contributions and never dismiss an idea, even if it seems implausible at first. I have faith in my team and what they can achieve. I was instrumental in building the team, so must also take responsibility for its strengths and weaknesses.
For this paper two models for change will be discussed, Lewin’s change model and McKinsey’s 7S framework. Each of these models provide guidance for the leader to enact change, but most importantly to ensure that the change continues to be effective and used within the organization. Keywords: Leadership, McKinsey’s 7S Framework, Lewin’s Change Model, Institutionalization, change strategy. Leadership and Change Models Nicolo Machiavelli, wrote “it ought to be remembered that there is nothing more difficult to take in hand, more perilous to conduct, or more uncertain in its success, than to take the lead in the introduction of a new order of things” (Machiavelli, 1532) Change has never come easy; the fear of the unknown often strike people in a way that paralyzes them in the mode they have grown accustom to. It is a fear or anxiety to learning a new behavior that causes resistance to change.
Perseverance- This is another common element between Case, Drucker, and Kouzes. They believe that you can not be afraid to fail. In addition, if you do fail, you have to have the courage to get back up and try again. Case speaks firsthand to this
