I believe that I exhibit all the qualities the National Honors Society is looking for in all of its possible candidates, and here is why. I show respect for others by always being on my best behavior no matter where or what I’m doing, I consider myself a very well mannered individual and very rarely disrespectful to my piers, but on these few occasions I apologize for my misbehavior, and never disrespectful to my superiors. I am a very responsible individual, I always meet deadlines, do tasks that are assigned to me and do not have to be reminded to complete responsibilities that are expected of me. Trustworthiness is one of the most important personal characteristics in my opinion, a person is only as good as their word, and I’d like to believe I am one of the most trust worthy and honest people I know and that others feel the same about my character. If the world wasn’t full of fair opportunities then myself and many other people probable wouldn’t be in the positions they’re in, and because of these chances, I have become a very fair person. When it comes to caring for others, this is the quality I try hardest to show in myself, and whenever I get the chance to try and help others, I’d like to think I take the opportunity. Citizenship, because I have never been in any kind of trouble and try to my hardest to uphold the rules and regulations of the community, I would like to believe I am a model citizen.
