He genuinely wanted to see impartial justice delivered in his courts. He also promoted civil law over common law. Wolsey's achievements in law hinge on his pursuit of justice for all, and the endorsment of a progressive legal system. Source 9 supports this because it says 'nor justice better administered.' This shows that Wolsey was a successful chief minister in terms of justice because he saw it as his duty to bring everyone justice no matter how rich they were.
Notions like these have sculpted governments throughout history and still hold true in our current times. Most of their ideas are demonstrated in their most popular writings: Leviathan by Thomas Hobbes and the Second Treatise of Civil Government by John Locke. Their political & philosophical writings are what caused them to become very famous as of today. The main objective of this paper is to demonstrate the greatest differences and some of the similarities between Leviathan by Thomas Hobbes and the Second Treatise of Civil Government by John Locke expand on their views on the state of nature, government, and social contract and finally come up with an evaluation of which I prefer to agree more with. From my readings in books and articles, I notice that John Locke and Thomas Hobbes have complete different strong views when they express their thoughts on many political and social subjects like the social contract theory.

Providing only one 14-minute performance, the Drill’s activities were always secret and steeped in controversy. Enter the secret world of the 14 Nights, and experience the heartaches and hell of being a “roach” that seeks the glory and honor of knights from days gone by. Because of an eldest son tradition, second born John O’Bryan grew up feeling like a second-class citizen in his own family. The Constitution was also written by people who were unhappy with the King of Britain and how he threw about his power. These important documents are so similar in almost every important way. The Constitution created the basis of democracy as it is known today, owing much credit to the Magna Carta. Proof that the Magna Carta influenced The Constitution is within the documents themselves. Both allow freedom of religion and promote due process of the law, giving a person accused of a crime a jury of one’s peers if there is a reliable witness.
I believe my voice is important because it is the key to being heard. Being heard can change the world around you, and the people as well. Many well known people around the world made great changes to our society today, and it all started with a voice. Martin Luther King Junior did not change the world with a whisper; the world was changed with a speech. The speech, I have a dream established his reputation as one of the greatest orators in the history of American.
Since Gandhi was seen as the figure head, people looked up to him for inspiration and guidance. Occupy Wall Street's organization is extremely disorganized with no real leaders. Without a proper figure head, it is difficult for specific requests and goals of the movement. It is also extremely difficult to adjust and keep the movement alive. However, there are many similarities betwseen Gandhi's Indian movement and Occupy Wall Street.

However it should not be forgotten that nature which encompasses our being is very much a part of this world too. Hence any academic discipline be it history, psychology, geography or physics changes our understanding of the world we live in. History for example is such a crucial subject that it helps us understand our past, gives us insight about the various generations that came to live and died and in the process influenced the world around them. The study of past helps us understand the present better.
