Assignment 1 Technical Questions Chapter 2 10. The decision problem faced by the executive group of B&B was that they want to change the logo with interior at store. But the marketing research problem was that will change of logo by synergetic with interior of stores and will the customers prefer such change. In order to ensure that Baskin-Robbins remains dominat in the market, the company’s executives led by Ken Kimmel seek to establish a strategy for competetiveness. Based on the excutive’s plan, there are two strategies for enhancing the company’s brands. The first strategy pertains to the redesigning of stores. The second alternative encompasses a brand overhaul. This issue will tell us an effective research design in line with the marketing research problem for Baskin-Robbins. The various perspectives about using secondary data in research will also form an essential component of this issue.
