My ninth grade was pretty cool until the last week of school I let my mouth get the best of me and said some things that I really should’ve not said and because I did I earned the next semester at the alternative school. When school started back I was very sad because I had to go to the “bad” school with all the “bad” kids and I was very nervous. Once I got there it was pretty cool and I really enjoyed it because the classes were smaller and you got more one on one help. My grades went up and my mom decided that I should spend the rest of the year there, which really messed me up because they did not offer any elective classes only the basics . My eleventh grade year was also a disaster because of the struggle of passing my biology state test and I was really distracted and just wanted to go back to the alternative school but my mom and the principle would not send me back.
So later on that day other workers start to come up and tell me things he was going around the plant saying about me so I went back to my supervisor an told him what was being said he then told me “Jason didn’t we just settle this earlier in the day I’m writing you up for insbornation I asked him why he says just because I’m tired of this bull crap” at this time I’ve already been wrote up for missing some time before, which this makes my 3rd write up which means being suspended for Four days without pay I signed my papers and told him I was leaving for the day and I will take this further will see who gets the last laugh. Not Knowing to my knowledge I shouldn’t of said that but I was a little ticked off at him for doing this to me all over a threat that was made towards me. The next day I got up early in the morning and called the company that I was contracted through and the union rep. we had a emergency hearing later that day so as I’m walking in too this meeting I see Peter outside he walks up to me and says to me I didn’t mean for all this to happen to you I’m going to get your suspension lifted for you. Wow I said to him you already did the damage so you must keep
Her reviews always took two days to write. Some of her reviews even caused a couple of canceled subscriptions. Never the less she would go to the restaurant a few times with friends while writing down the things that were interesting or funny. Lamott struggles the following Monday writing the review even after years of practice. She would think negatively of herself after writing many dreadful sentences and x-ing them out.
Where are the papers at that I told you to do about our financial issues? You looking dumb saying to yourself, I should have paid attention at the meeting yesterday. Now I am at risk of losing my job all because I did not pay attention in the meeting. The funny part is your boss fires you because you did not pay attention in the meeting. That day when the women came to speak, and class was over, I put myself in her shoes see what she went thru; it is hard to try to talk over like 30 kids in one room.
Behavior Change Contract Paper When I first read this week’s assignment it surprised me because I was already making a contract with myself to quit smoking. I currently smoke about a half a pack a day and I know that it is very unhealthy for me and the people around me. I currently just started a new job and do not have insurance at this time. The reason this is important is because I have tried to quit smoking on my own and failed too many times. With insurance I can get a drug called Chantix which helps blocks the sensors that make people enjoy smoking cigarettes.
Adler and Proctor II imply that individuals cling to first impressions. I do not know why I sat down and started talking to her. I just could not stand to see her cry, so I sat down and asked what was wrong and if I could do anything to help. She began explaining that she had been on vacation for a week and now the paperwork was a mess, and money was missing from the store. Although she was not yelling, her voice was above the normal for my comfort and her hands were constantly
She decided to go to her manage and ask when she would be getting paid, but the only thing her manager could tell her was “next week”. She grew tired of contently hearing “next week”, after this she decided that she wasn’t going to work any longer until she was given her pay from the pervious month. But the more time wasted, without pay, the sicker her daughter became. That was something she couldn’t bare. She had no one to help her.
This class moves too fast and has enough work without extra credit. * The pace of the class also makes it too difficult to have late work of make-up work, so there is none. Plus, since I drop you lowest essay scores and your lowest exercise scores I think it’s fair. If you miss one, that just becomes the one of the dropped ones. * Attendance * I have to call roll for the first couple of days for administrative purposes, but I will not take formal attendance.
Those were some of the only words Brenda had uttered that day. See, earlier that morning Addie and Brittany had gotten into a fight that had apparently ruined Brenda’s whole birthday, and though they had made up nearly an hour ago Brenda still wasn’t budging as far as being upset with them went. Lucy and I awkwardly made side chat being the only neutral parties…caught in the middle of everything all day was getting really old. Yet despite the hostility we proceeded to stay as a group and make our way to the iconic ride, knowing that if we didn’t wait in this god awful line we would regret it the second we didn’t have the opportunity to. 45 minutes had passed, when we had finally reached the halfway point, crowded in an underground tunnel with really no option of going back and the end no where in sight was starting to take it’s toll on not only our group but on everyone else as well, especially the mother with two whining children.
I tried and did my best and I couldn’t do some of the exercises at faster tempos. I walked out of the room very discouraged. The next day he told us all in a group who made battery and the rest would be in pit. I wanted to leave. I knew pit was going to be my home for the next year.
