Anxiety Disorders and generally phobias have been highly prevalent in cross-cultural studies age and gender sensitive studies (Wolitzky‐Taylor, Castriotta, Lenze, Stanley and Craske,2010). The explanation of anxiety disorder lies in the “false alarms” breeding the emotion of fear in the face of potential danger when objectively there is no threat present. The term phobia in psychopathology is referred to the emotion of fear associated with a particular object or situation even though the individual recognizes its harmlessness for at least a duration of six months (Marks, 1987). Social Anxiety Disorder (Social Phobia), PanicDisorder, Panic Attack (Specifier), Agoraphobia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Substance/Medication-Induced Anxiety Disorder, Anxiety Disorder due to another Medical Condition, Other Specified Anxiety Disorder, Unspecified Anxiety Disorder .The overestimation of danger related to particular stimuli or ideation may cause avoidant behavior which with its turn may interfere with the individuals’ daily functions. Co-morbid mental illnesses are also not rare. The inefficiency of pharmacological therapy alone or the inability of the patient to cope after the interruption of pharmacological treatment might promote self treatment by alcohol or substance abuse, exaggerating or altering symptoms (Driessen, Meier, Hill, Wetterling, Langeand Junghanns,2001; Kroenke, Spitzer, Williams, Monahan and Löwe, 2007; Wolitzky‐Taylor, Castriotta, Lenze, Stanley and Craske,2010). Cognitive Behavioral therapies (CBT)(Beck,1960 cited in Beck,2011) and Rational Emotive Behavior therapy (REBT)(Ellis,1955 cited in Beck,2011) have been applied in the psychotherapeutic treatment of anxiety disorders and comorbid conditions tailored with pharmacotherapy or
