If you are trying to lead a healthy lifestyle your fitness is probably the most important thing to work on. Working on your fitness will ensure your using and working your body to the best of its ability which will benefit you in the long run. To improve your fitness you don’t have to necessary go for two hour runs everyday all you need to do is simply boost your levels of general daily activity, doing this can have a massive improvement on your health and energy. Your fitness is important because it has a major affect on your way of life.

These strategies will mean going through each of the 5 lifestyle factors and how each of them can improve his lifestyle. Increasing physical activity levels Physical activity doesn't need to be complicated. Something as simple as a daily brisk walk can help you live a healthier life. For example, regular brisk walking can help you: • Maintain a healthy weight • Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes • Strengthen your bones • Lift your mood • Improve your balance and coordination The faster, farther and more frequently you walk, the greater the benefits.
Chapter one explain the concepts of good health is called wellness. An obstacle state of wellness is six components such as physical health, emotional health, intellectual health, spiritual health, social health and environment health. Physical health mean all the activities, work out, and behaviors to keep your body healthy. The physical fitness, nutrition, performing self exam are the most important to have a good healthy. There are many different factors and elements that contribute to ones overall personal health and ability to function day to day- physical health, social health, environmental health, spiritual health, intellectual health, and emotional health. These elements all play a key role in a person’s ability to maintain a happy life. As our group surveyed each element, we realized focusing on our physical health would greatly benefit our general wellbeing. Physical health focuses on the body’s shape, size, physical fitness, and the ability to perform normal activities of daily living.
We all know that exercise can sustain and improve our health, which is necessary for living a life of wellness, but what is not always known is how exercise can affect other aspects of our lives. Exercise is not only physical, it is also psychological. Exercise can do more for a person than just help them lose a few pounds, or maintain a healthy weight. Exercise controls weight. Most weight loss programs will not work without an exercise routine along with a structured diet plan.
