They have created games in many formats, but their obvious favorite type of game is the first-person shooter category. This category is by far one of the most popular genres, so it has a large market. Although first-person shooters are their main forte, Halo was originally created in a third-person shooter format. Over time, the Halo games they created have transformed into a combination of both first-person and third-person shooters. Unlike Halo, Call of Duty is a more modern type of warfare gaming franchise.

A love story, an epic quest, an interstellar adventure, and a carnival of Gen-X nostalgia with booths devoted to D&D, classic video games, and wood-paneled basements, Ernest Cline's Ready Player One succeeds as a lovable, super-referential romp through a simulated world of '80s geek chic. Ultimately, however, it never quite lives up to the source material which it exists to celebrate. Set in the mid-twenty first century, Cline's novel presents us with a world that has broken in all the ways we feared and a few we never thought to imagine. Oil has peaked. Energy is scarce.
Hautman's writing style is quite straight-forward, occasionally humorous, and attention-grabbing. Surrounding an array of thoughts and ideas that are bound to echo with its readers, and by re-examining important events in the history of humankind and their ripple effect on our lives makes it even more better, it's a thoughtful, detailed and absolutely unforgettable story. In modern society, myth is often regarded as historical or obsolete. Many scholars in the field of cultural studies are now beginning to research the idea that myth has worked itself into modern discourses. Modern formats of communication allow for wide spread communication across the globe, thus enabling mythological discourse and exchange among greater audiences than ever before. Although myth was traditionally transmitted through the oral tradition on a small scale, the technology of the film industry has enabled filmmakers to transmit myths to large audiences via film dissemination (Singer, “Mythmaking: Philosophy in Film”, 3-6).
All of this shows how they might be completely different stories yet they still follow a similar storyline. Both the protagonists go through similar struggles in finding themselves throughout the hero's journey. This shows how successful this guideline still is and there are many more movies that you can use as examples to this but none are as spot on as Star Wars and the Lord of the Rings. I think that the hero's journey template will be able to last many more years and different takes on its

Almost all films were still being made in black and white, so the switch from black and white to color would have had a special significance in 1939 when the movie was made. "The Wizard of Oz" was a major achievement when you consider that it was filmed nearly three-quarters of a century ago.
