Family teacher With increased movement of the present world toward globalization in every aspect, like education, there are huge ranges of plans for developing teaching and learning of second language. In this respect family teacher plan can be considered as one of new innovations and ideas which has some advantageous but it will meet some obstacles for practice and performance in a society. Important issues like social, cultural, economic, and political elements are crucial issues that need a professional and careful investigation. Another factor is concerned with individual characteristics of each family member which for a teacher specifically has its own significance. By analysis of mentioned factors in this paper, I intend to investigate obstacles for implementation of this idea. First, considering an appropriate context is of primary tasks in implementation of a new idea. This issue brings such questions in the mind of researcher that, for example, whether this plan is applicable in a specific society with its exclusive cultural beliefs or not? Do all families accept this plan with satisfaction? Regard a society like Iran, where there are a variety of people with different cultures in which this is not a common issue that a teacher is in relationship with members of the family and also takes the charge of training them. Therefore acceptance of the society is significant point which needs special attention. Moreover, the economic condition of families is of determining factors in successful implementation of the plan. If families be capable to pay the costs then they may observe the desirable result too but in the situations that families are living with a not good economic condition they would not show much will to practice the plan.
