Definition and introduction:
Since 2004, the social life changed in the world. The name of this new revolution is Facebook. It is the most famous social network. With 800 million users in the world, it’s the second most visited site after Google. His mainly creator ,Mark Zuckerberg, find the idea in the Harvard University and the name come from the album of all student of final school year: The Face Book.
This website allows you to share a lot of information’s about our life with other people who have also a Facebook account. We can share pictures, video or simply our emotion in a status, etc…and the other can comment or like our publications.
At first, it was created for the Harvard University in 2004 then in the U.S.A. and finally it was opened in 2006 for the world.
History of Mark Zuckerberg
Mark Elliot Zuckerberg was born in 1984, the 14 May, in New-York. He was born in a Jewish family but described himself as an Atheist. He is the mainly creator of the famous social-networking website, Facebook. Mark co-founded Facebook with his classmates from Harvard, Dustin Moskovitz, Eduardo Saverin and Chris Hughes.
He left Harvard after his sophomore year to concentrate on the site. Today, he own $17.5 billion, making him one of the world's youngest billionaires. In 2010, Mark was named Person of the Year in the Time magazine.
Zuckerberg was played by actor Jesse Eisenberg in “The Social Network”, the movie about Facebook directed by David Fincher.
