Women are always looking for new and strange ways to improve their appearance. Creams, lotions, and oils are some of the many products used to enhance beauty. Not only are there products but there are also procedures to improve the feminine look. There is one procedure in particular that has become very popular here in the United States. That procedure is called, “Eyebrow Threading”. Eyebrow threading originates from India and also widely used in the Middle East. It is a depilation technique which basically means, to strip off the root along with the hair. In other words, eyebrow threading is a quicker and less painful way of removing that uni-brow. I personally think it’s an alternative to tweezing, plucking or even waxing. It is also inexpensive since only a strand of cotton string is used. You can find any small standing salon in almost any mall that offers this. Eyebrow threading might sound technical, but it’s honestly something that anybody can learn. It is also not as painful as it sounds or seems, it’s very quick and easy. To start off, you need to cut a piece of regular thread into a 24-inch strand and then tie the ends together to form a circle. You must hold the thread around all four fingers and thumb of each hand and open your hands. With your fingers and thumb, form the circle of thread into a rectangle in front of you. The thread needs to be twisted in the middle at least 10 times. With your hands apart in front of you, the string should now look similar to an X with the twisted portion in the middle. The twisted portion of the thread is to be pushed to the right by extending the fingers and thumb of your left hand while closing the fingers to the thumb of your right. Following that push the twisted portion to your left by extending your fingers and thumb from your right hand while closing the fingers to the thumb of your left hand. You can
