Even if you don’t care about what people think of you I’m sure nobody would like this. So in this case they will be shamed for the rest of their lives because of the laws we have set-up. In today’s world shame is basically just an extra when dealing with legal cases. You’re not going to only have to deal with shame if you commit a crime because it doesn’t work like that anymore.
Anyone that is caught while intoxicated should never have the right to drive again. Driving is a privilege, and people do take advantage of it, while endangering other lives. I hope that people learn that drunk driving is a terrible thing. You can end up hurting yourself, and other innocent people. A user could over dose on the particular drug or the altered perception from the drug could cause the person to make a deadly mistake. For example, if someone were to be under the influence of a drug and decided to drive a car or something in that nature, it could cause a wreck.
