It increases the amount of Endorphins in the body. Also you feel great after a week or so after exercising. If you are in shape you can get a great amount of endurance. Being healthy can also make people think more clearly. In their mind they become more alert. A person can stay more focused while working or in school. It also relieves stress in people. Another reason why exercising is good is that it promotes good health.
