Background The topic covers the role of culture in organization having human resources from different countries with different cultural background. Here we highlight the major barriers and the strategies design for these barriers. Definition of Managing Culture According to a handbook of cross-cultural psychology “Human Nature is same by the time of birth these are the different habits which create differences’’. In the light of this definition the focal point while analysing the factors which affect the performance of a multicultural organizations are the differences among different cultures (Berry.W et al., 1997). Barriers in a Multicultural Work Place In multicultural teams there are four barriers and four strategies to cover these barriers. The first barrier is about the communication which is direct communication against indirect communication for example if a team member raises some questions instead of problem identification. The second barrier is about the problem with the different accent of the language for example Scottish or English accent with in English language. The third barrier is about the staff behaviour regarding the organizational structure and chain of command. The last one is about the process of decision making for example the Chief Operating officer efficiency to decide about a specific issue.
