Ryan Bourque People use computer systems everyday whether they realize it or not. These systems can be very basic or very complicated. They are in your cell phones, cars, everyday computers, and many other places. These systems help the world run smoother. The technology world as evolved completely the last few years and now just about everything out there runs by computers. One simple computer system I use every day at work is an electronic scale. The scale is hooks to a computer witch prints out a price tag for the product that I am weighing. On my job I have to process a lot of fruits, vegetables and meat. This system allows me to do the quick and easy. I just stick the product on the scale and it prints out price tag that I stick on the product. There is also another system I use at work which is basically the same machine, but it is much more advanced. This machine not only weighs and prices the product but it will also wrap it in cellophane. This saves me the hassle of wrapping it by and every time and speeds up the process a lot. Without these machines I would have to calculate the price and weight on my own which would take more time and I would not get my job done quick enough. My cellphone is also a computer I use every day. It has so many things that you can do on it. You can make calls to people or text message them when there isn’t any time to make a phone call. It allows me to access the internet when I don’t have access to a PC. I can also receive important emails on it which makes it quicker to get the news I need. I can get weather and new on my phone which helps me make plans each day. The alarm clock on my cellphone is a life saver. If I am sleeping somewhere or just need an alert to remind me something when I don’t have access to a regular alarm clock, I can just program a time into my phone. Cellphones were a great invention that helps
