Evaluation of Main Street Grille and Brewing Co. If you are like most parents, you get tired of always having to decide what to make for dinner. Take a break from your daily routine and take the family out for a nice dinner. In choosing an acceptable place to take your family you are faced with many considerations. A few things I take into consideration are the service, food quality, and the atmosphere. Main Street Grille and Brewing Company meet all of these criteria. First I will describe our service at Main Street Grille and Brewing Company. When we arrived we were greeted and seated immediately. As soon as we were seated our server was there to get our drinks, and since they are a brewery, he recommended a few of their own brews that would complement some things on the menu. He was back within what seemed like seconds with our drinks and was ready to take our order. He even talked and joked with our one year old and ten year old. Next I will tell you about the food that we ordered. We ordered Crab Cakes and Won Ton Jalapeno Poppers as our appetizers. They were DELICIOUS! The Crab Cakes were drizzled with a honey-chipotle aioli with a sweet corn and scallion relish. The Won Ton Jalapeno Poppers came with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. I ordered the 6oz. Filet Mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus with a shrimp carbonara sauce. I normally do not like asparagus but this was excellent. The two kids had spaghetti and meatballs. Our one year old at half his order and his brother ate all of his own plus finished the one year olds. I didn’t try it for myself but I’m guessing it was good. My husband ordered the Seared Salmon with pineapple, jasmine rice, alfalfa sprouts, and a strawberry honey puree. He said he would definitely be ordering this again. The salmon was seared to perfection and paired nicely with the sides. I
