Evaluation on Red Lobster Kimberly Curington March 4, 2012 DeVry University My favorite restaurant to dine at is Red Lobster. The Red Lobster restaurant is a well-known corporate chain of restaurants that offers a wide variety of Seafood dishes. Red Lobster is a mid-priced, causal restaurant specializing in Seafood. I love the experience of dinning at Red Lobster because the atmosphere is welcoming, the food is great and the service is excellent. A particular visit last week proved to me that Red Lobster lives up to the expectations of its guests. Red Lobster creed is “Because at Red Lobster, we Sea Food Differently”, is true for me. The casual attire allowed me to feel relaxed like I was at home. It was loud at times but gave me the feeling of being with my family eating great food and having a good time. The walls had very decorative décor of sea items that made me feel like I was back home in Miami, Fl. Pulling into the oversized parking lot, the first thing I noticed was all the landscaping and how well it was maintained. I found the restaurant overall very maintained and clean even the floors was clean. Red Lobster offers a wide variety menu of Seafood. First I started off with an appetizer. I ordered the “Lobster-Artichoke-and Seafood Dip” where there is a creamy three-cheese blend with artichokes spinach, Maine and langoustine lobster, and seafood. Served with tortilla chips and Pico de Gallo. Next were the soup or salad, and hot bread as I look at the menu. It contained a wide range of shrimp, lobster, crab and pastas. The meal I ordered was the Ultimate Feast a tender split Maine lobster tail, steamed snow crab legs, garlic shrimp scampi and Walt’s favorite shrimp. I was very satisfied with my appetizer, the all you can eat salad and hot bread and of course the main entrees. And finally the service at Red Lobster caught my
