From table manners to simple every day behavior, etiquette is important to be a decent person and represent yourself as a good person. Table manners are a big part of etiquette. When you sit down to eat a meal it’s not t sit around the table and stuff your face. When you sit down to eat you need to remember that you’re not the only one at the table. When you sit down to your meal you should take your napkin, unfold it and place in your lap. That is to make sure your clothes remain clean in case of a spill, or mess. When eating your food not matter how good your food is you can’t chew with your mouth open. Not only is it rude to the rest of the people at the table but it’s simply nasty and shouldn’t be done. Stuffing the food in your mouth is unacceptable. If you can’t chew the food in your mouth in an appropriate manner that means you has too much food in your mouth at once. So you need to remember that the food isn’t going to jump off of the plate and run away from you so you can slow down and enjoy your food in a polite and appropriate manner. Table Manners aren’t the only thing when it comes to etiquette something else that should be remembered is simple everyday etiquette. No matter if you know it or not people have always and will always judge from what you do and how you act. So if you go somewhere and be a rude mean person then people won’t like you.
