It is the employer’s role to encourage ethics in the workplace. In order for this to happen, organizations must create an environment where employees are encouraged to discuss ethics and encourage the learning of ethics in the work place. (Oliver, p.60) Character/ Virtue A person’s character and virtue depends mostly upon the morals and values that were instilled in them as a child.
