We all have our strengths and weaknesses. I still have yet to find personally what my strengths are, but based on what I have learned from the Ethical Lens Inventory I found that one of my strengths is my gift of justice. Because I am a fair person, I do my best to work for what is just for everyone. I believe in finding solutions to things and helping people in a positive and beneficial manner. I try to avoid conflicts and protect the least advantaged without creating unnecessary hassles for the rest.
I believe that a person’s emotions can influence critical thinking because some people’s ethical lens is more heartfelt and can let them make decisions with their emotions instead of with their knowledge and brain. I am more suited for a job that involves practical problem solving and my biggest strength is following instructions followed by adhering to values and researching.
I agree with this science of duty, although I do not follow deontology very strictly. I try to always act ethically right because of the morals that I have. I do not think about my motivations and reasons behind each action and decision that I make, but I do make many decisions based on how others would view that decision because I want to give the perception that I have good morals. Results/ Utilitarianism The results that come from utilitarianism ethics are supposed to create happiness and pleasure from all people

Being assertive is touch for me because I am so nice. I try my best to not say things that could possibly hurt someone’s feelings even if people speak disrespectfully to me. I have to learn to be more assertive and straight to the point. A good leader is a good communicator. One important tool in communication is assertiveness.
When we fix others, we may not see their hidden wholeness or trust the integrity of the life in them. Fixers trust their own expertise. When we serve, we see the unborn wholeness in others; we collaborate with it and strengthen it. Others may then be able to see their wholeness for themselves for the first time.” Yes I would like to face with the moral dilemma that I chose because I want to show the world that one-person life is not important than thousands other.
