Ethical and Moral Issues in Business Robert Adams Monday, March 14, 2011 MGT/216 DIANE RECTOR Ethical and Moral Issues in Business This is a paper on ethical and moral issues in the business sector. In terms of the classroom assignment my grasp on moral issues would be based of a judgment in other words “morally” what is the right thing to do… Often times are moral issues can conflict in terms of how as human beings are we brought up to be. I believe the morality starts early on form childhood and as parents children are binge brought in terms of what is morally right and what is morally wrong and so in my reasoning in terms of morality the difference would be what is right and what is wrong. As humans beings become older and wiser in term of the issues between “right and wrong” then I believe that’s when “ethics play a part into this reasoning… what is ethically right and what is ethically wrong. So taken for the text that once people are aware of the ethical dimensions in terms of an situation people will engage in a moral judgment process that can contribute to ethical conduct. This meaning in my reasoning the ethics of an situation has already y been set. Ethical rules and regulations have already been set in place.
