Innovative ­My ability to put together ideas and information in a single process in which nobody else has put forward. I think the key to being innovative is the ability to think out of the square. Observing people and analysing conclusions and ask questions of, why, who, what. Uncovering myself to new ideas and meeting with other people with different ideas and views. Encouraging Showing genuine interest. I believe this is the most effective way of encouraging others. Letting others know you care. Acknowledge what’s important to myself and others. A role model is hard to determine, because it can be different for most people. Your role model depends on you, as it does on the person you look up too.
