Having a good exercise routine, being active and having a balanced diet are key aspects not only in looking good but in living longer, being happy and being healthy. One may look great physically, both fit and healthy on the outside but be just as unhealthy as an obese person. The exact opposite is true, also. A person may be a bit overweight but have a healthy heart and diet. This is the cause of a slower metabolism and can be improved with exercise, so you will look and be healthy.
