Friday, may 17th , 2013 dear After one year of studying at UC-VIET training in HCMC, i really have a passion in hospitality. Although my course wasn’t a long period of time, i got a lot of experience and necessary knowledge in this industry. I both studied theory and practice at Rhythm Bar and Restaurant. Morever, i also spent my time observing and srudying in 4 and 5 star hotel such as Park Hyatt, Windsor Plaza and the Renaissance Riverside. Especially, i took a chance to work and experience at ThaiPlace Restaurant in Pittburgh, PA, the USA through the Internship Program. It’s very impotant for me to have a period of time to develop, improve and enrich what i studied at college. In my experience practing in the Rhythm Restauant and Bar at our college, i interacted with customers and worked in team. In the Thaiplace Restaurant, i worked with a lot of people who came from different countries such as : Thailand, mexico, America, Russia, and Japan...i also had chances to work at many different positions at many time to improve my hospitality skills. Furthermore, serving and making customer happy and satisfied is my pleasure and ability. I’m patient and considerate with a determination to solve problems as they occur and make the workplace as better environment. On the other hand, i also work well in a team and have good leadership skills. Be hard working, be cooperative, and able to work quickly, efficiently and espectially punctuality are my strength. Being a friendly person with an engaging personality i have good skills interacting with others and very high work ethic. I m eager to have a good working environment to mantain my studies and skills. One year in the United states was too short for me, i still want to try to work in diffefent positions in many places of hospitality industry.
