About six years ago my uncle had broken his back. Yes, it was scary, but we all thought he was going to be okay because it wasn’t too serious. But we were all wrong when he got his surgery and nothing had happened. And that was the beginning of my uncle’s depressing life. He has had about ten surgeries since then and every time something has gone, for example his last surgery they put a shocker in his back.

Elvis’s parents Gladys and Vernon thought that Elvis was a miracle baby. The Presley’s were a very poor family, they moved a few times they ended up moving to Memphis Tennessee in 1948. When Elvis was ten he originally wanted a bike but instead he got a guitar because that’s what his parents could afford. That’s how Elvis began his hobby of being a musician. The Howard Dully interview was an interview that sent chills running down my spine. Howard Dully is a man who always felt like something was missing as he was growing up. He knew that he was different from everyone else but he could not put his finger on it. After doing some research, Howard Dully learned that he had undergone a lobotomy when he was at the tender age of twelve. Howard Dully found the name of the doctor who performed the procedure for him and also met with the doctor’s family.

At birth the client was born premature and had to be feed by a feeding tube. James later experienced problems concentrating in Jr. High School and was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of ten, however he was not prescribed any medications at that time. James was recently prescribed Vyvanse for ADHD which he will start as soon as he gets his prescription filled. As far as the clients knowledge of medical issues in his family only his paternal grandmother have diabetes.
After Stanley first hole he nearly got in a fright then he got the nickname caveman. Near the end of part one Stanley took the blame for what magnet did. Stanley started to teach zero to read and write and zero started to help Stanley with his hole so Stanley would have more energy to teach him. The other boys didn’t like what they were doing. On the first floor of their house, where he mainly sold handmaid men suits. During summer, Wolf would take a ferry across the nearby river and go swimming in the Moselle. He looked forward to it all year until he finally got the chance. His mom was always cautious every year and tie a rope around Wolf’s wrist and then would let him go into the water, he hated this!
His life became more complicated when he entered college and had to contend with a roommate. Now he has no privacy, so instead of trying to explain his tics to roommate, he tries to hide them. He makes excuses like, “the doctors tell me that if I knock it around hard enough, there is a good chance the brain tumor will shrink to the point where they won’t have to operate (Sedaris, p 368).” Also, he imagines conspiracies to eliminate his roommate; unluckily, he must cope with it because his roommate tries to find out his tics. As a result, Sedaris gets rid of his weird actions by smoking to be normal. It seems his roommate gave him an invisible power to overcome his nervous habits.
In 2002 her father was diagnosed with metastic head and neck cancer. She went with her father during lots of treatment so them was radiation and cyber knife radio surgery which kept him leaving 5 more years. What was sad was their where little medical help that was given to her father. Out of all the medical treatment that her father done Susan Wolf was was always by his side. Because there is only a certain amount of treatment that a body can with stand.
