Lyba B Grade 12 Economics Development Indicators Developing countries are unfortunate agricultural countries that are seeking to become more advanced economically and socially. In order for governments to seek where a country is developing or where they aren’t, there are development indicators. These indicators present the most current and accurate global development for a country as well as global and national estimates. These four countries Mexico, Ecuador, El Salvador and Guatemala are developing countries. They seek to become economically and socially advanced. Some indicators that help specify their development would be their GDP per capita, Life Expectancy, their access to safe water and sanitation and lastly their adult literacy rate. All these indicators best help portray their status and how the government officials can help them improve themselves.
