Dictionary.com defines entrepreneur as a person who organizes and manages any enterprise, especially a business, usually with considerable initiative and risk; an employer of productive labor; contractor and leadership is the position or function of a leader, a person who guides or directs a group. “As an entrepreneur, leadership is the most important part of your job.” Business temperaments constantly change and leadership styles from the past does not always allow you to meet the challenges of today's workplace. (Entrepreneur.com) There are three major leadership styles –authoritarian, participative, and delegative. Authoritarian style has clear expectations for what needs, should and how it’s be done. These leaders make the decisions independently with little to no input from others. In the participative style the leader offers guidance and also participates and allows input from the group but has the final say in the decision making process. This style has proven to be the most effective. Looking at the delegative style this leader offers little to no guidance to the group and leaves the decision making up to the group. This style has been the least productive. Profit oriented entrepreneurs are generally viewed as economically charged and with “bottom-line” figures as their goal. Their main concern is finding a product or service that makes money by becoming innovative and finding the right opportunity. Social entrepreneurs often seem to be possessed by their ideas, committing their lives to changing the direction of their field. They are both visionaries and ultimate realists, concerned with the practical implementation of their vision above all else. Each social entrepreneur presents ideas that are user-friendly, understandable, ethical, and engage widespread support in order to maximize the number of local people that will stand up, seize
