Think back to all the things that you learned during your childhood and young adult years and see if you remember them? If you do remember them, think about how you gain the knowledge that was taught. Did you ever understand that the knowledge that you come across would still be with you today? Or did you even appreciate that you were be taught from the company around you. Introduction Well, people who get an enhanced perceptive of how they learn and who they learn from can become better employee themselves. Maybe if you would have had a better understanding for how you learn and whom you learn from you would have been a better employee. Human resource planning is the task of evaluate and foresee the skill, knowledge and service time necessities of the organization and make the first move to fulfill those necessities. Without training of our employee our companies today would not survive as long as some of the companies have today. Most managers are great at their jobs, but not so great at training. It’s hard to trust other people to get a job done the way you like it done. It’s also hard to find the time to show someone else the ropes (Schwartz). Strategic Training Strategic training starts with the company’s business strategies such as their mission statement, value, and goals. Walgreens mission statement is we will provide the most convenient access to consumer goods and services…and pharmacy, health and wellness services…in America (Walgreens).With their goals of transforming into a more efficient and customer-focused company, both for drugstore customers and for patients and payors seeking quality pharmacy, health and wellness services that are accessible and affordable (Walgreens).
