Information Technology plays a vital role in a company and therefore email is utilized widely as a means of Computer-mediated communication (Boontanom, 2004).
Various modes of CMC have a significant influence on organizations being that they are quick and easy to get at. (Tassabehji & Vakola, 2005; Bafoutsou & Mentzas, 2001) This study is targeted on the first process, organizational Communications, and is likely to study was made use of email communication in organizations in particular.
