Reaction Report In this report I will touch on several topics that effect what type of adult life you will live. Topics such as factors of attending college and are the benefits of going to college worth the investment, peer influences on vulnerable teens, the best approach for juvenile delinquency, and the choices in adult life. I also will discuss should driving privileges be revoked or restricted after a specific maximum age. I feel that having a little of the A type personality characteristics is a good thing, because you need some of those characteristics to be successful in life. I hear so many people say that elder people should not be able to drive after a certain age. I totally agree with them. I don’t see why not. You have to be a certain age to start driving and then you still have to pass the tests. So there should be a maximum age when you should have to retest. I feel that they should test them because each person is different. When I worked as a home health aide I would ride with my clients to the store or doctor appointments. The women were more nervous on the road with a lot of traffic then the men. So that we are not discriminating against any one group of people, a retest after seventy and every two years after will help determine when someone should stop driving. Seeing that older drives are not in more accidents then any other age group. I think it should be done so that we protect them from other more aggressive drivers. The only problem I see with older drivers is that they slow everyone else down, but if they have to pass a test to continue to drive that would answer the never ending question. Should there be restriction or revoke of driving privileges after a maximum age. I feel that peer influences on vulnerable teens are one of the causes of juvenile delinquency.
