It is also clear that employees are having difficulty with knowing what and when professional development activities are offered or required. The necessity for employees to be active in professional development, drives the necessity for this project. Allowing easier access to this information in a centralized location and allowing employees to interact, add events to their schedules, and receive alerts of events would solve this issue and would further allow for professional development to be in tune with our company's mission to have the greatest employees in the industry. The need, also, to allow employees to document information gained from professional development events is evident. This would, in a sense, produce a central knowledgebase for other employees to benefit from.
The first step in this process is to set a communication goal for the employees to be able to understand the changes that will occur. The goal is to communicate to each employee the new customer management plan and ensure that they understand the changes; this will help the employees adjust to the new customer management plan without resistance. There are a few different types of communication channels that can be used to communicate these new changes. The different communication styles are verbal, non-verbal, and written communication, such as e-mails or memos. In this case, I believe that using verbal and written communication will be the most effective way to communicate new changes.

A CV is also a living document which can be continually be updated. It can include a variety of different things about the applicant giving the employers the best insight of them. It can also be adapted to focus on certain points depending on the job being applied for. | Weakness | A disadvantage would be that the CV may not always contain all the key aspects and facts relevant to the job the applicant is applying for. This is not because they do not have enough to write about or have not written a good CV but because there are so many subtle bits of information and it cannot be covered in just one or two pages.
I have learned how to evaluate these sources effectively in order for them to support my work. Knowing the motive behind the page and its information will help me judge the credibility of its content in the future. I now know how important it is to use the same evaluation techniques for internet sources as I would for a book or journal article. I have discovered the importance of acknowledging the work of others, and now have a clear understanding of how an online source is used, whether it be scholarly or non scholarly. I now have more confidence in terms of using online literature as a part of an assessment.
Working on assembling product requires good communication with the people working beside you and with the supporting team members. If I am unable to tell the people what I need from them then things will not get done in the necessary time or with the quality that is needed. There are many groups within my company. There are several departments and the department I am apart of has a mounting group and an assembly group and within those groups are individual lines. Having multiple groups involves good communication skills.
