In the MGT 311 Final Exam, there will be different multiple choice questions that will be provided to the students to test their understanding. After it, the solutions are also provided to check the correctness. The course will be taught in several weeks and exams will be held in every week. Lastly, there will be the final exam that will comprise of the complete course. There is a wide scope of learning such concepts as these will be useful in the near future career.
During each seminar, the instructor will be asking students lots of questions from the reading assignments, so there will be many opportunities to answer and to make additional comments or ask questions of your own. Your attendance at the weekly seminar for this course is very important. The seminar is an excellent source of information and explanation of the weekly material in this course. However, if you are unable to attend the seminar, you can still learn the information that was provided and also earn the seminar points. In order to earn the seminar points, you must complete an alternative assignment and submit it as a Word document attached to an email.

Therefore KPI’s need to be measurable and current and tied directly to individual or teams. These indicators should be able to be measured on a daily or weekly basis to ensure that if performance slips measures are taken for improvement and the success of these interventions are identifiable. As a student, in the beginning of my professional career, writing reflection seems a sensible idea to record learning experience. The early stages of any career would play important role in learning as one settles into the ways of profession. The complex part is recognizing such experience and implementing on practice. In this reflection, I will be discussing about the role play we have had last week in our classroom. Gibbs (1998) reflective cycle will be utilized as it illustrates a clear structure for the process of reflection which includes six main stages; description of the event, feelings, evaluation, description (analysis to make sense of the experience) conclusion and action plan (Jasper, 2003) respectively.
