While China have been doing this the countries In the Middle East with the oil have been trying to shift away from having a customer base from over dependence on the Western market and so they have been looking at rapidly growing markets like China. Another example of how a good relationship leafs to a good supply of energy is the case of the US and Saudi Arabia. They had a symbiotic relationship, meaning that they depended on each other, but in the aftermath of 9/11 their relationship has become increasingly strained. This is because 15 out of the 19 hijackers were of Saudi nationality. However, they need to have a good relationship so they can both survive as Saudi Arabia need the money from exporting and the US need the energy.

Several sociologists have a contrast of theories on if the education is mainly responsible for the ethnic differences in attainment. Some recognise that the education is mainly the reason as they continuously place negative labels on ethnic minorities and give them unfair sanctions. However, other sociologist theorise that the cause to this problem are external factors like material deprivation; their families attitude towards education, and several others. Although statistics show that the highest ethnicity whom over achieves in education are Chinese people, it is still very debatable for other ethnicity’s whether the schools process affects their attainment.
Another problem was that even though there are anti-discrimination policies, a slight differential treatment towards minorities is still present. Employers expect and demand more input from minority groups and that is why people are hesitant to leave their workplace to cast a vote (Rivers, 2012). An outside source looks at voting from a different perspective. An interestingly opposing statistic is that minority groups with higher education and social status take the time to participate, as voting is very important to them. They want to take part in the choice of their government because it took so long and so much effort for them to receive the equal rights and abilities to enjoy democracy (Speel, 2010).
Without the one-child policy, the population of China will keep increasing. With a big population stress Chinese families cannot get better living conditions. The increasing population is only not a burden for China; it is also a burden for the world. With the limited natural resources, controlling population is a good way to ease the presses. In other words, one-child policy is another way to reduce the resources.
Their perspective on how the underachieved educational system is, alongside my encounters with complex of schooling. In high school, we are given many standards every day that we must meet in order to be considered successful, but the reality is; these standards are fruitless in expectation for colleges and universities. In high school I did not get the English composition skills, to prepare me for my college courses. They are right about their belief that the professors in the universities are very inspired in some ways to give their standards to the students in depth knowledge to set higher standards, however, it is not good to know that some high school students still enter Americas elite schools through remedial process, because it might agitate the worldwide standards set by the school
Firstly, many students and adults do not know enough about managing their finances which is why they tend to get in to debt. If financial literacy is taught in high then they will not have problem managing their finances because they will have that knowledge. According to the studies almost eighty percent of the people in dept are in dept because they do not make a financial plan as they were never taught to. These people lack the financial literacy skills. This is why teaching financial literacy in high school will benefit the students later in their life.
Welsh’s article discusses the difference between American students and Asian students. The Asian students identified that their biggest factor behind academic success was “studying hard”. I believe that many American students have lost their internal drive and motivation to study hard, including myself, with technology now and it being so easy to cheat it becomes almost unnecessary. Insufficient teaching is not the major factor to blame nor is poor study skills or the lack of there of. I believe that the problem behind American students not studying is solely due to the lack of determination to study and excel in schoolwork.
Our education system has not improved with the times. The world has caught up and the US has yet to realize that long-term investment in schools and teachers is the best pay off for a worker and the country. Now the jobs are left with are the upper class people who are "symbolic analysts" using "mathematical algorithms, legal arguments, financial gimmicks, scientific principals, psychological insights," and other tools that usually come with a college or graduate degree. Then we have our lower-class comprised of low-level service jobs like waitressing, house-cleaning, security guards etc. Decreased social mobility is hard on the lower class because without being able to move forward, they are stuck in a cycle of poverty.
The demand for students who barely receive their diploma or even a bachelor’s degree is slowing decreasing. Many companies are looking for those students that excel and are able to constantly work. With that said, foreigners are filling jobs in America due to their education system, which is why I believe that America should transform their education to become year-round. From there on, students will be able to fully benefit from the education system as well as compete in the job
There are very few computers for to many students. I believe that the solution to this problem will be to build more computer labs. In this way we can be able to do all assignment and school projects. Each semester, students have to deal with the fact to get textbooks for the classes that must be taken. This has become a real issue for many students because as the school library the textbooks are been sell at a very high cost that we cannot afford.
