The example of hard work or ingenuity would prevail in the overall scheme of things and using examples of individuals that have become successful with inventions or self-motivation versus ardent instruction, Goldstein’s stance on education is secondary to talent and the ability to form relationships that could possibly advance one’s professional status is more important than self-discipline through education. By using examples of success stories of a small group of people who have not completed their education such as Steve Jobs, Steven Spielberg, Clint Eastwood and Mark Zuckerberg, Goldstein reinforces his position of not needing a formal education to become successful if a person is willing to work hard or have a talent to propel oneself into elite status. Through the lessons of Character Counts, we learn that our character does in fact count. Our character represents us as people and a nation, and we must achieve and surpass the expectations set before us so that we may truly say our lives made a difference. Even the seemingly least significant gesture of good will can, in some way, improve a person's quality of life. Character Counts strives to reach the goal of a better life for all. Respect, Trustworthiness, Citizenship, Caring, Fairness, and Responsibility are six ways to go far in life and do well in life.
Social in Justice within Education Many people believe that education is the key to success that can utter them to have a better life. However, without education, how can anyone be successful? Thus, this isn’t about whose guarantee to be success, but to who’s that can be improved the change of oneself in the educational system. In, “From Inquiry to Academic Writing,” many authors such as Gloria Anzaldúa, Jonathan Kozol, and Beverley David Tatum discuss various different issues about dealing with segregation in education, and what needs to be addressed and changed. Gloria Anzaldúa was a prolific writer coediting with Cherríe Moraga and was a sixth-generation Tejana.
I believe this shaped his work. I would love to copy his ambitions for education ,but i would also like to be as successful as he is. The reason is that at the point i am in my life i want to know that i will be a success in life and not a failure. I know that in order to succeed, you have to fail, to make mistakes. But knowing i am failing all the time, it hurts alot.
Academic Success Academic Success To be successful as a student, you will need to set academic goals, know and understand your learning style, and have academic integrity. Setting goals is easier said than done for a lot of people. Many times, we envision what we would like to happen in the future, but forget about applying steps to our everyday life to achieve them. Other times, you may start off strong but get distracted along the way and lose focus of the end goal. .
Again, as I stated before, main goal is to improve customer service. The best way to do it is to have the best employees. Active or Passive Diversity This is a little difficult question for me. Our world right now has a diversity of expertise, values, and languages. It might be better to use passive diversity for Tanglewood, because they want their employees to share close relationship between each other.

The pre-service educator thinks if someone who encourages learning along with required truths is known as an ideal educator. Additionally, there are more than a few facets needed of a teacher like imagination, inspiration, and eagerness; one needs these facets to survive as an educator. Indeed, as a continuing occupation this has been a high request for every person in the education line of work. On the other hand, recognizing that the students are the future, they are worth the facets of education. By being familiar with the philosophies of education has helped the pre-service identify with and the ones that correlates with the per-service principles are behaviorism, essentialism, and progressivism.

These are the questions I’ve come to contemplate as I reminisced about the way I was raised and prepared for the future here in America. I realized that my education; given that I was raised in a peaceful society, without threat of war, or starvation, or disease, should have served me much better.
