Final Paper
Early Childhood Education has been a course that has very interesting components.   It has taught me that there are so many different aspects that make up early childhood education.   The readings and the interview has showed us how early childhood education is important to the development of young children.   The program need more people to be concern about the welfare of children that are being taught by professionals.   Three have been many improvements to the program and it has more to offer the students as well as the teachers.
So many times I had major concerns about being an early childhood education professional.   The salary is not good in this profession.   There have been major cuts in the funding for these programs.   However, after talking to Ms. Sanders in my interview, I realize that there are other more important things than the money.   One thing that is important for being a teacher in this program is the smiles on the children faces.   These children are happy when they realize they have learn something new and the teacher praises them.   The smiles on the children faces are worth more than money.   These children want to have someone that is proud of them and really shows that they care about them learning.
