Abstract— In this paper, we proposed a smart E-software agent for suggesting proper jobs through personality mining theories and user’s educational skills. Our software agent will have following features 1) it will judge user’s personality using the sixteen personality factor questionnaire (16PF). 2) It will convert personality factors (16PF) to Big Five Personality traits. 3) Then, these traits are coalescence with user’s education qualification and will suggest suitable jobs. We propose a novel approach for improving the efficiency of e-recruitment systems. Our approach relies on the personality traits available of job applicants, in order to infer the applicants’ suitable jobs and rank them accordingly.
