Once upon a time, I was eating breakfast. I had just gotten in from my morning jog, and was starving. As I was chugging down my milkshake, I heard a knock on the door. I knew better than to open it, so I walked up to my room. Unfortunately, the knocking turned into banging and within five minutes there were two policemen barging through the door as if it were one of those silly papers that football teams run through charging after me. I hadn’t enough time to grab my taser gun, which is protected under the second amendment, so they cuffed me and started reading me my Miranda Rights. “You have the right to remain silent..” I was about to badmouth him under my breath for stepping on my shoes, but then he said, “Anything you say or do can and will be held against you in a court of law”, and that shut me right up. He then proceeded to say, “You have the right to an attorney, one will be appointed for you if you cannot afford one.” In my mind, I was wondering what an attorney was, I had previously heard of attorneys at law, but I thought it had something to do with old people and their bad knees, not lawyers. Anyways, after I was placed in the automobile they started to drive off to god knows where, and at one of the lowest volumes I could hear a horrible song by some little girl, I said,” I may be in the back of a cop car, but I know that under the 8th amendment you cannot practice any cruel and unusual punishment, and forcing me to listen to this obnoxious little girl is pretty cruel if you ask me, who is it anyways?” To which the cop proceeded to tell me that it was some sort of beaver or something, which I didn’t really care about I just wanted information as to why I was being arrested. Fifteen minutes passed by and I hadn’t gotten anything out of them except that they were both single, and after smelling them, I think I knew why. After we got to the station
