In underdeveloped countries, poor citizens do not have enough money for health service. As the result, many people die everyday although their diseases are not irremediable. Some people said that drug companies of developed countries should be obliged to sell product at low price in underdeveloped countries. In my opinion, this solution is impossible. First, all companies manufacture for profit. Imported medicines from those can not be sold below reasonable price which they offer to make expected profit. This business principle is observed throughout the world. Exported medicine often costs higher than medicine which is sold in local because there would be fee for transportation and tax. The country, where pandemic dieases spread, should supports part of the price for specific medicines. The other part is paid by the patients. Another reason is that the high encouragement of poor countries to imported medicine will kill local drug companies which are weak and not competitive. These underdeveloped countries would not be able to supply medicine for themselves. As the result, poor countries will depend on oversea companies. In contrast, foreign medical companies should invest to build medical factories in underdeveloped countries. This solution will reduce the price of medicine without influenced profit of medical companies because the local labour is much cheaper. It will also create many job opportunities for local citizens. Those medical companies should help local people step by step operate their medical factories, so they can produce their own medicine in the future. For all above reasons, I firmly believe that drug companies should be obliged to provide low-price medicine for underdeveloped
