The community is the avenue in which the program will receive any evaluation. They have the say on whether the program is benefitting them or providing to their community needs, and if not, where the attention should be directed to change things. The program’s staff will have to plan out their program according to the life and times of the community. The community has input to when and where the programs will take place. Along with location and time, the community stakeholder has the most important opinion to whether or not the program needs to change.

This process of FEMA stepping in to help people in need of emergency help is very expensive. Government funds are used to give people mobile homes to live in and money to help fix their destroyed homes. Implementing a personal development plan When creating a PDP I would speak to my managers and ask them for their support in identifying where I could take the qualification and help me to ask for colleagues (assessors) to support me in achieving my goal. As I will need to assess our assessors and their learners work to ensure that quality and standards are met. When I have enrolled on the qualification I will have support from my personal tutor who will guide me through each unit and will give me an achievement date that I will need to ensure I work to so that I finish the qualification on time. I will have an assessment plan and reviews with my tutor to see my progress and discuss any issues or difficulties I face.
