There are several products on the market that promise to add moisture to your skin, but they are often irritating and drying. After suffering through many rounds of trial and error my dermatologist recommended that I try using Dove Sensitive Skin body wash. As you can imagine after many frustrating ordeals beginning some thirty plus years ago, I was hesitant but eager for relief. The one thing I was truly seeking was skin that wasn’t tight or itchy once I left the shower. Dove Sensitive Skin Body Wash erased my doubts and is truly an excellent product. My journey with Dove began in March 9, 2009 after a visit with my dermatologist. Upon leaving my appointment I quickly returned home and began to do some research on my own. My quest leads me to the Dove products website where I discovered that a new ingredient called Nutrium was included in their body washes. Nutrium was a new type of moisturizer that penetrates more than just the top layer of your skin, it reaches deep down and continually moisturizes with daily use without any additional fragrances or dyes. These factors really intrigued me so I was very excited to purchase this product. On day one I comparison shopped and found that the 12 to 16 ounce bottles ran from about $5.99 to $7.00 pricewise. I purchased a 16 ounce bottle to begin my trial. After returning home I was anxious to see the product for myself, so I squeezed a quarter-sized portion into the palm of my hand and found that it had a creamy consistency and did not produce any fragrance at all.
