The issue whether working for a large company is better than saved. Give arguments and examples to support your ideas. working for a small company is a controversial one. From my everyday experience and observation I think that every option has its advantages and disadvantages. I support my opinion on the following statements. From one side, working for a large company brings many benefits. First of all, one has better working conditions and a higher salary. Often, employees of a large company have fewer responsibilities. Moreover, they feel more secure because their company has more clients and this means a better chance to survive on the nowadays, so unstable, market. However, if you work for a large company you may not have the chance of being promoted because your manager is not promoted, as quickly as you might. Also, from my observations, managers of larger companies do not pay much attention to one's solutions and suggestions because of the big number of employees. From the other side, working for a small company has its advantages too. Firstly, one has a better chance to be noticed. Secondly, one can talk to the owner of the company about any improvements that can be done in order to get more profit that is because of the small number of employees. Another important aspect of working for a small company is the opportunity of finding out more about how a company works. As a result, one can gain more experience and get better recommendations. We can also refer to the disadvantages one may have by working in a small firm. For instance, one can get a smaller salary, worse working conditions, etc. To sum up, I think that every person chooses for himself what we want or suits us.
