    The Internet and technology is growing bigger and bigger every day and before we know it technology is going to pass us by. With the invention of the Internet and Social Networks, the possibilities are endless. Society is changing every day, with no chance of stopping or even slowing down in the near future. All this change deals with the effects that the Internet and Social Networks like Facebook have on our social lives. This new way of communication serves a purpose of Isolating people from their every day communication and socialization by throwing them into a state of loneliness and exclusion from the outside world, and by detracting them from face-to-face communication with people.
    Most people are very likely to get lonely when they don’t spend time with other human beings .Social Network Sites offer they virtual friends for some time but they eventually get bored of this kind of online communication and they go back to their nature. When they go back to it they realize that they don’t have any real friends and they are likely to become depressed about it. So many people spend more time behind computer screens now or texting rather than actually interacting with people. Sure, you have 600 "friends" on Facebook now, but how many do you actually know, like, speak to...? The groups of those studies that find it truthful that Internet Social Sites do isolate people are the most influential and controversial. The study performed by Kraut et.al (1998) suggests that there is a negative relationship between the use of the Internet and the social capital of the user and the same study has also found that internet users had higher reports of loneliness and depression. Even though technology has been improved over time it can newer get to the level of human feelings and sympathy.
