Indicators for measuring organizational performance with Human Resources are usually in the form of; needs, objectives, inputs, process, outputs, and outcomes. All these outcomes are utilized within this strategy paper along with the case study that I utilized for the purpose of this paper. Managers also use this information form organizations to monitor and as the basis for decision making. As for the Human Resources portion, the aim is to establish a small set of indicators which all assist managers. HRI’s: * Point to issues and opportunities * Have relevance to local as well as high governmental or organizational levels * Encourage local performance audits by local management through comparison of changes in local indicators over time When it comes to monitoring the HR condition you have to look at characteristics such as: * A Well-managed HR department-this is determined by maintaining staffing levels, clear roles for qualified personnel to do the work, and good communication and team work.
