Abstract This paper is to show that students with disciplinary problems cause many trouble to school or teachers, causes of students discipline problems and method to solve it. This research paper is created by collecting information and researching from various researcher papers, article and many other sources. Classroom and schools with more discipline problem are less conductive to learning. Teachers have to spend more time to creating an orderly environment before the lecture begins. The disciplinary problem of students is a huge obstacle to effective schooling in many countries. Many schools are searching effective method to solve discipline problems. Introduction In this study the focus will on the disciplinary problems as experience by educators, which impact negatively on teaching and learning. Disciplinary problems often need energetic administration to be reduced (Johnson-Gros, Lyons & Griffin 2008). Disciplinary problems are not exclusive to South Africa. National Institute of Education in the United States of America where it has been reported that 61% of junior high school teachers said that students had avowed or made obscene gestures at them, and 10% of the teachers said that they had hesitated to deal with misbehaving students for fear of their own protection, and other teachers said thefts, assaults requiring medical treatment, and spoil to property. In secondary schools the situation was worsen, because the students are adolescents. They have conscious of their rights, namely to privacy, to freedom, belief, opinion, and expression (Republic of South Africa 1994). Major (1990) indicates incidents involving students calling teachers foul names, making obscene gestures when teachers tell them what to do, or trying to break up fights.
