As each one of us grows it seems that the courage that comes along with a child’s innocence is lost. Crash is a movie that tugs at its audience’s emotions. It was a very controversial movie but shows the love that is in relationships and that children tend to take care of their parents. When becoming a parent their child helps them grow and be all that they can be as they support their children to be all they can be. A parent learns just as much from their children as children learns from their parents.
1. The Protagonist in the movie is the main character Rose who comes to live with a family as a housemaid. She does this because she wants to make a better life for herself and get away from prostitution which would happen if she stayed where she used to live. It appeared as though Rose wanted the whole family to like her and tried hard to please them. Shockingly though, she wanted the father of the family, Daddy Hillyer, to show her some affection one night when the mother was out of the house.
Another Asian culture is that young adults have responsibility for taking care of elders. Education is also important for Asian family. Asian parents always push their children very hard and force them to get very high scored on their education because they want their children to be “perfect”. Asian parents believe that high education can get a much better life and job. Asian parenting might look pushy and pressuring to Western eyes, but that is what Asian-American children say their parents’ guidance is warm and love.
Both parents strive to be the main decision maker and often argue about important decisions. Role Structure 1. Roles of family members: a. Both parents bring money into the family though the father’s wages are not guaranteed. The mother works two jobs to bring enough into the family in the case that the father does not make commission.
After telling her parents, the decision is made to send Billy Jean away to a special school where she can learn how to read and write. I find this ironic for two reasons. One is that the most vibrant of the characters with the most sparkle and zest is in fact the one that can not see. Billy Jean sees more within her family then her actually visual family members do. Also I find it ironic that it isn’t until after she is fully diagnosed that her family wants to send her away for an education to a special school.
For example, somebody want to visit the Antarctic but get lack of geography knowledge, this is not only one problem but also may bring out more problem like hard to exist when they are in the Antarctic. For some parents they know their children don't like study and don't want to waste time to stay at home do the homework and revision. So they already give up to punish them if they go out for their after-school activities if their children have good performance in some clubs like football clubs or soccer
The top three reasons I believe urban students do not perform as well as their peers in other communities are strained home life, cultural influences that do not support education and behavioral disturbances in the classroom. Family life in the urban environment is about survival. Many families are exhausted and see the school as a place where their children go during the day to get what they are not capable of giving them. They have very little interest in exerting any more energy. The cultural influences that inundate students at every turn, exacerbated by the media dwarfs most effort of other social influences.
It is not that they demand too much from their kids but they expect too little. Parents try so hard to provide their children’s needs to make them happy and become their kid’s best friend that they forget about being a real parent. A parent who knows what is best for their child should not be afraid to say “no”, “The mistake that many parents make today is not that they’re too strict but rather too lenient”. They should discipline and set limits to consumption and teach their children the value of a
It is an important aspect in every child’s environment to be able to interact with their parents in order to feel contented because they appreciate the presence of their parents as caregivers and providers too. It calls for a lot of sacrifices because much time parents are at work and sometimes it is hard to get free time to spend with the children at home. For example, it was hard for Chris to leave his responsibilities in the military at a very crucial time of war on terrorist to attend to his family. It made him addicted and possessed until sometimes when at home he lived in moments of confusion and he did not play his role as the head of the family. Ecological system theory advocates for proper child growth, a suitable environment should be created at home or in any other place in order to ensure best results as the children I concerned in his or her adulthood (Sincero,
Jing-Mei saw her piano lessons as something her mother made her do, instead of something she could be great at. And that’s where the theme of the story ties in. Jing-Mei is letting her mother take over her at this point, which is not what she is trying to do at all. Her mother just wants her daughter to pursue in something she likes or is good at but Jing-Mei sees it as her mother forcing her to do a terrible thing. In
