Questions: 1. What did you learn about yourself by participating in this exercise? 2. What was uncomfortable to talk about? 3. How difficult was it to give a feed back to your friend? Why? Answers: 1. The information that, I get from survey method by using Emotional Intelligence, Cognitive Style Indicator, Locus of Control Scale , Tolerance of Ambiguity Scale, and Core Self Evaluation Scale gave me the specific skills which will help me on my future business carrier. By understanding every each cases, I realize that leaders are not become as a leaders they born as a leaders. Because in each case you are face with difficult situation in which core of issue depends from your crucial decision, as a consequence of it your decision can impact to this subjects positively or negatively. Therefore, it is compulsory to put yourself in another person shoes and understand his or her behavior better. I also realize that sometimes our decisions are depend from situation in which better to obey the general rule! According to my decisions and results in survey method I learn about myself that the Cognitive style Indicator shows that my Knowing Style is 4.5; Planning Style is 4.57; and Creating Style is 3.57. In the Locus of Control scale I am external person; in Tolerance of Ambiguity Scale I have scored 30, and in Core Self Evaluation Scale I am on third quartile by counting 3.91. So, my results might be not in top of the ranking system, but to compare with other students it makes me more confident. By attending in this exercise I learnt that as long as you aware and know yourself, as much as you can reach your target in this life! Because everybody especially in business sector, people want to be controlled by person who has self-awareness, emotional intelligence and the ability of doing a right decisions in different and in difficult
