INTRODUCTION During the course of studying all the different types of Leadership styles and theories, one thing became very apparent. All the different literature about leadership, subsequent studies and findings, we found that countries and organizations do not adhere to one form of leadership. There are several forms of leadership. There are multiple attributes and characteristics that make up leaders. However, it would be arbitrary to say that such in such is the best way to lead. The organization and the people who make up the organization are the determinants of effective leadership or ineffective leadership. Therefore, from an organizational standpoint, one must first look at the kind of people running the organization, business, or government. Different countries have different leadership styles. Then those countries with their organizations can vary as well within their setup of business, trade, commerce, governmental layout, but for the most there are similarities when we break up leadership styles within countries and cultures across the globe. II.
