Abstract My paper in summary describes the differences between the United State’s Constitution and the State of Ohio’s Constitution. Many of the differences were found in the Bill of Rights within each document. Along with the comparisons and contrasts of the Bill of Rights within the two, many differences were found within the governmental structure between the two forms of government, the federal and state constitutions. During my research I was able to find out which had the bigger amount of rights, whether it was the federal side or the state side. In conclusion, my paper helped me learn more about the United State’s Constitution as well as the original Ohio Constitution.
A pressure group is a group that tries to influence public policy in the interest of a particular cause. There are many pressure groups around the world, from well-known organisations such as Amnesty International, to lesser-known pressure groups such as the Zip Fastener Manufacturers’ Administration. However, no matter the size, they all have something in common; that they want their voices to be heard. Pressure groups undermine democracy because, although they improve participation, they are said to do this in an unequal way. Critics say that pressure groups benefit the well organised but they disadvantage the weakly organised, subsequently working against the public interest.

These factors affect the way businesses are developed and managed within host nations, so special considerations must be paid to the subtle differences in the legal codes from one country to another" (Hodgetts, Luthans, & Doh, 2005, p. 42). One of the countries from which Riordan is considering hiring employees is Pakistan. Four types of laws are viewed around the world: Islamic law, socialist law, common law, and civil or code law (Hodgetts, Luthrans, and Doh, 2005). Islamic law would be a concern of Riordan if Pakistan were considered as one of the countries from which workers would be hired. In addition to considering laws within China, Riordan would have to consider the legal and regulatory environment of the other countries as well.
And also the CEO of Elm he didn’t have the whole information about the problem. So I think all this factors it makes the issue, it’s not an easy ones. Because this kind of problems it can destroy any organization. B- The effectiveness of an organization depends in part on its organizational structure, the clarification of authority, responsibility, reporting lines, and performance standards among individuals at each level of the organization. It also true that effective strategy deployment is dependent upon, and tends to shape, organizational structure because the organizational structure must be aligned with and support the accomplishment of strategic initiatives.
They also struggled with understanding the difference between their ‘best alternative’ and the lens assigned ‘best alternative’. Ethical lenses adopted by individuals tend to influence decision making by affecting how problems and conflicts are approached. Your ethical lens of preference makes you ‘blind’ to the other approaches and makes it difficult to see the benefits of the other lenses and weaknesses of your own lens. This adds tension to groups because what seems like the best solution to a problem to a single team member might be completely inappropriate to another. The team found that these different approaches can create more issues within a team or group if you don’t understand that everyone has their own ‘right approach.’ To a rights and responsibilities lens approaching an issue head on and dealing with the conflict directly might not be fun, but it is necessary in order to move past the problem in the most efficient way possible.
These issues cause many rifts in a successful society and workplace and often prevent goals of the organization and the teams within from accomplishing their goals and achieving their missions. Most importantly, leaders must be aware of these challenges in order to rise above them and lead successful teams, while also reaping the many benefits that diversity provides. Critical thinking is like a discipline. The ability to think in a lot of different ways, example basic knowledge the ability to think critically. No one is born with the power to think critically, or do they develop this ability naturally beyond survival thinking skills. Critical thinking is an ability that must be taught. A lot of people do not learn it.
The decisions that affect welfare reform such as health care, defense, environment and taxes - is not merely a conversation between politicians, the public and "special interests". It is also the product of the many foundations - the "think tanks" - dedicated to discovering what is best for all, or at least for some of us. What they bring to the process is not only honest research, but also heart-felt ideology and what is often a dedication to differing priorities and outcomes. I believe there is many important factors that are considered in political reform decision-making process that is not favorable, justified and quantified. Citizens of industrialized democratic nations like the United States, often hold there elected and appointed leaders
