After the local Florida Circuit Court in Broward County issued the injunction, the decision was appealed to the United States District Court for Southern Florida where the Court ordered the sheriff to stop enforcing the injunction, but did, in fact, rule that the music was obscene, especially the song "As Nasty As They Wanna Be." The sheriff appealed the case to the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, in Atlanta. Issue Is this music obscene under Florida state law and/or federal Constitution? We see that Yunior didn’t work for his things, he would just steal them, and when he would buy things the money used was made selling drugs. He was living a dangerous style of life. He tells of the time that him and Beto were caught for stealing. He then tells us that he spends his nights drinking with his friends, at a bar with other washouts. He tells us that he drinks too much, and when the bar starts to get rough he heads home.
During the jail break the prisoners killed the sheriff. After he was sprung from jail he made plans to raid several banks. He did lots of planning and even trial runs before he even attempted to rob the bank. His tactics included memorizing the bank and its distance from the police station.
